Okay - so she can't really talk. She does say DaDa but we're not entirely sure she means Art when she says it. Its so fun to hear her babble. I just love that we are enjoying this more the second time around. Maybe not enjoying Harper more, but enjoying each stage and appreciating what comes with it!
