May 22nd! A day that seemed ages away! And now its come and gone! Today was pretty much all about Emma Kate! After church at 9 she had her very first ballet recital at twelve, followed by her final soccer game of the season, trophy presentation and party at one. We showed up to the soccer game with about 5 minutes left. That was okay with us, as it was 90 degrees out today! She seemed okay with it too - after all we were mainly there for the trophy!
Back to the recital! She was awesome! She is growing up so fast. You could tell she loved being up there. Not phased a bit by the 500 people in the crowd. Unbelievable! We are so proud of our little girl! And the best part is she was so proud of herself! Hooray!!!
