Today was a fun and special day for the kiddos! We showed up at our favorite CFA just before 10am, Ella and Marshall were there to greet us! Dan and Truett walked in a few minutes later! Truett of course said, "What do cows say?" The kids said "mooo!" Whoa - they were wrong! The correct answer is "Eat Mor Chikin'"! Ella and EK practiced that on the playground a few minutes later. Lots of pictures and play later we enjoyed a yummy lunch! It was barely 11 by then but I was hungry and EK can always eat a chicken nugget - especially when its free!!!The first below is a picture of my almost one-year-old last year on this day and the second is her today with ice cream dripping down her chin! My word! Or as sweet Emma Kate would say, "Oh my goodness". These babies change so so much in just 12 months! It is hard to even remember this! I am pretty sure though this was when the squealing was at its peak and drove me bonkers as I tried to enjoy meals! But we have managed! We still squeal, just handle it differently!!!
