Life is good today

got my toes in the water, toosh in the sand,
not a worry in the world, cold dc in my hand
life is good today, life is good today.

so my toes aren't in the water(too cold)
and my toosh is not in the sand (more like an old rocking chair)
but I have no worries (today) and a cold dc (as usual)
and life is very good today!

Ah - God is so good. He always was, always is and always will be.
I am so thankful and continue to be in awe of the way He shows up in our lives. More in the small things than in the big, but its the small stuff that makes up most of my life so i am grateful.
Today has been awesome! Art let me sleep in til 8 - hip hip hooray! Then a shower with no interuption, then bundled up the kiddos for a walk around the lake. we borrowed a backpack baby carrier and it was AWESOME! harper loved it. sam had co on his shoulders, ek and art kicked rocks and h and i just enjoyed the company and creation! then amber joined the party and we walked some more minus kids and husbands (they went to get the cars) and enjoyed some great chatting, again without interruption. Ha! Yay! i just so appreciate good conversation about Jesus, and moving, and mom-ing, and wife-ing, and starting churches and our church and lots of stuff! then a very short 'hike' to Minniehaha falls, then pizza at Louie's YUM! then back to the house and now its naptime! All 3 kiddos are awake but no matter - we're relaxing!
Its a gorgeous day, my husband rules, my kids are cute, and life is just plain old good today!
